Louise Station development created a fire/EMS station, affordable housing tower, multiple commercial/office spaces and a private resale condo building called Solaire. The builder, who's been around for decades, received the land for an incredib...le price for the joint venture. They also picked up an option on another lot (with a old, tear down) in the deal. The lot is located in a prime Eau Claire location (unlike Louise Station) and it next to a previous LaCaille project built in 2003 called Parke Place. Sounds like a sweet deal for private business...
